Chandra Holland, Chief Executive Officer

A Dallas, Texas native, former multi-sport (Taekwondo, basketball, track, kickboxing, and softball) athlete turned collegiate Indoor/Outdoor Track and Cross Country runner for the University of Texas at Arlington, and an honorably discharged Veteran of the United States Navy has seen the benefits of holistic therapy.

Chandra has worked in Corporate America as an IT Support Specialist, Soft Skills/New Hire/IT/HR Trainer, Human Resource Information Technology (HRIT) Project Manager, IT Project Manager, and Manager of Project Management. Holding these various positions over a period of 15+ years enabled Chandra to cultivate her knowledge and expertise in the field of Human Resources benefits, payroll, compensation management, leave management, training, HR governance and compliance, recruiting, and managing Human Capital Management systems. Chandra has successfully managed and directed team sizes from 3 to 38 employees.

For 10+ years, Chandra owned and operated a profitable (e.g., maintained monthly sales volume of $25,500, a team of 10 associates) marketing business through Amway/Quixtar. Through this marketing business, Chandra attended and led several workshops and seminars in the health, wellness, and beauty market to learn how to support her primary customer base. These workshops included educational guidance on nutritional supplements, beauty, anti-aging skincare, and weight loss management.

Between my athletic career, work history, military engagements, business ownership, and world travels, I have personally been able to fully experience the realization of the benefits of holistic therapy which bore in me a passion for health, fitness, nutrition, and natural well-being and the reason for her purchase of CryoBoost from DC Patros Corp.

Tonia Sharp, Chief Operations Officer

Born and raised in the DFW area and a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington. Tonia’s athletic career started in junior high school and continued throughout her collegiate volleyball career. Her success in the sport and her need to continuously improve to remain competitive has naturally cultivated an understanding of and passion for health, fitness, and a need to learn how to support her overall well-being. After suffering from a knee injury (torn ACL), it became clear that recovery methods, such as Cryotherapy, are detrimental to the ability of an athlete to be able to return to their sport and compete at an elite level.

After completing her undergraduate work, Tonia started a small business as a certified personal trainer. In this business adventure, she provided information, put together exercise plans, and motivated and guided individuals and groups who wanted to maintain or improve their health. There were instances where she needed to address diet and nutrition, exercise, and mental and emotional well-being as part of a client regime.

Tonia also has a 27-year career in the insurance industry. Seeing the need for proper education and training in the industry, she founded an adjuster training school with courses approved for continuing education credits through the Texas Department of Insurance.

She is now excited about the opportunity to pursue her passion in the health, fitness, and well-being arena. Not only has she formed a great partnership with Chandra Holland in the Cryotherapy business, but she has also started an herbal supplement business with her son, Kieron, who is attending chiropractic school.
